Space Planners has been involved in multi-family and elderly housing projects from the beginning of the company but has put a real emphasis on this market since 1997. During that time the company has worked with different developers to produce successful projects that are esthetically pleasing but still with in the budget allotted. Understanding the ins and outs of the apartment business is important, and we know that to make a project work we must be willing to work with the contractor as required to insure that funds are spent judiciously for quality work with out undue expenditures.
