Industrial
The one hundred thirty thousand square foot Dutch Quality House II was a large chicken processing plant with a nice lobby and office suite in the front of it. Built as joint venture project between Campbell’s Soup and Continental Grain Companies in Decatur, Alabama and employing fast track construction techniques to design and build the facility, this building turned out to be one of finest buildings of its kind in the United States. A fifty thousand square foot garment factory in Tallulah, Louisiana was another large project and Dollar Cap and Embroidery was a five thousand square facility with offices in the front. The Airport Industrial Building in Monroe, Louisiana was a twenty two thousand square foot building designed for industries to lease sections of the building and a project for Steel Fabricators was a seven thousand square foot office addition to their fabricating facility.
