Hotel Renovations
Originally a one hundred twenty-eight-room hotel, this building became the Atrium Hotel in Monroe, Louisiana when it was renovated and added on to with a ten thousand square foot addition, which included a new lobby, atrium with fifteen-second story suites, and restaurant. At the time of the renovation and addition the hotel was a part of the Holiday Inn chain and received a renovation award from Holiday Inn.
