Space Planners has completed numerous bank projects and is Hibernia National Bank’s firm of choice for their Northeast Louisiana region. Some of the Hibernia projects include a new ten thousand square foot main office in Monroe, Louisiana and several bank renovations as well as A.D.A. renovations to all of their area banks. Other banking projects include two drive through branches and a five thousand square foot branch bank for Guaranty Bank of Delhi, Louisiana, an unusual renovation project of an historic house into a branch bank for Capitol Bank in Tallulah, Louisiana, and a complete renovation and addition to Farmers Bank main office in Hamburg, Arkansas.
Federal Employees Credit Union in Monroe, Louisiana was a new three thousand foot building and Monroe Telco Federal Credit Union was a new ten thousand square foot facility which was innovative in it’s design on the exterior and interior in a style that combined classical design features with contemporary styling but was never built.
